Prime Minister and LDP President Shinzo Abe visited Viet Nam to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit. Japan indicated its intent to work towards a "virtuous cycle of growth" in the Asia-Pacific region and highlighted to the world the many initiatives it has undertaken: "Productivity Revolution," "Human Resources Development Revolution," "Asia Health and Wellbeing Initiative," "Digital Trade", and "Energy Cooperation."
