- Article 83

The Party shall establish the following Party Branches with particular regions and/or industries as their focus.
- City, Ward, Town, and Village Branches shall be established with each of these representing a unit comprised of one or more undivided cities, towns, or villages (as well as special wards). In the case of designated cities, one ward shall be one unit.
- Industry Branches shall be established with each of these representing a unit comprised of a particular industry.
- Electoral District Branches shall be established with each of these representing a unit comprised of the electoral district of a House of Representatives member (elected from a single-member district).
- House of Representatives Proportional Representation District Branches shall be established in prefectures where House of Representatives members (elected as pure PR candidates) and candidates have principal bases of operations.
- House of Councillors Electoral District Branches shall be established in prefectures where House of Councillors members (elected from electoral districts) and candidates have principal bases of operations.
- House of Councillors Proportional Representation District Branches shall be established in prefectures where House of Councillors members (elected as PR candidates) and candidates have principal bases of operations.
- In addition to the aforementioned Party Branches, Local Electoral District Branches may also be established. These shall represent units comprised of the electoral districts of local public assembly members and/or a local heads of government.

- There shall be established a Prefectural Federation of Party Branches in each prefecture in order to unite the Party Branches therein.

In order to establish a Party Branch, its regulations and Party Members list, as well as the names and addresses of its Officers, shall be submitted to the Party Headquarters for approval through the appropriate Prefectural Federation of Party Branches.
- The Party Headquarters may rescind the approval outlined in the preceding Clouse and dismiss the branch under the Rules and Proceedings of Regional Organizations as stipulated in the Article 87.
- If there is a change in a Party Branch’s regulations, its officeholders or important policy documents, the change shall be reported to the Party Headquarters for approval through the appropriate Prefectural Federation of Party Branches.

- Prefectural Federation of Party Branches shall have an office with at least one full-time staff Member.
- Prefectural Federation of Party Branches shall report the names and addresses of its Officers, the address of its office, and the names of its staff Members to the Party Headquarters for approval.

- Article 87
- Matters related to the organization, administration, and Officers of Party Branches and Prefectural Federations of Party Branches shall be provided separately under the Rules and Proceedings of Regional Organizations.
