CHAPTER X
OTHER PARTY POSIT

Section 1
Advisors

Article 69

The Party shall have several Advisors.
Article 70

The Advisors shall be entrusted by the President, with the consent of the General Council, from among a wide range of knowledgeable persons.
Article 71

Advisors shall provide advice and suggestions as requested by the President and Party executive bodies.

Section 2
Councilors

Article 72

There may be appointed as Councilors to the Party those who have special knowledge and experience and who declare their support for the Party's objectives.
Article 73

Councilors shall be entrusted by the President with the consent of the General Council.

Section 3
Fraternity Members

Article 74

There may be appointed Fraternity Members of the Party from among those who cooperate to realize the Party's objectives.
Article 75

Fraternity Members shall be entrusted by the President with the consent of the General Council.

Section 4
Supporting Members

Article 76

There may be appointed Supporting Members of the Party from among those who support the Party's objectives.
Article 77

Supporting Members shall be entrusted by the President with the consent of the General Council.

Section 5
Regional Bloc Conferences of Party Members of Both Houses of the Diet; Meeting of House of Councillors’ Members Elected by Proportional Representation

Article 78
1. In order to strengthen cooperation and exchange of information among Party Diet Members of a particular region, and to establish a joint cooperative structure which promotes the Party's activities and policies in the said region that contributes to an expansion in Party strength, there shall be established, within each House of Representatives proportional representation bloc, a Regional Bloc Conference of Party Members of both Houses of the Diet, consisting of all House of Representatives Diet Members affiliated to the said Bloc, as well as all House of Councillors Diet Members representing election districts within the same bloc. There shall also be established a Meeting consisting of House of Councillors’ Members elected by proportional representation.
2. The Regional Bloc Conference of Party Members of Both Houses of the Diet, as well as the Meeting of House of Councillors’ Members Elected by Proportional Representation, may have a President, a Deputy President, a Whip, and Chief Secretary from among their members respectively.
3. The Regional Bloc Conference of Party Members of both Houses of the Diet shall be committed to building strong and cooperative relationships with the prefectural Federation of Party Branches in each bloc.

Section 6
National Council of Secretaries-General

Article 79
There shall be established a council of All Secretaries-General of Federations of Party Branches in order to strengthen communications between the Party Headquarters and Prefectural Federations of Party Branches.
1. This Council shall consist of the Party officials and Secretaries-General of the Prefectural Federations of Party Branches.

Section 7
Special Committees

Article 80

If necessary The President, with the consent of the General Council, may establish special committees.
