CHAPTER VI
PERSONNEL COMMITTEE

  • Article 55
    There shall be established a Personnel Committee in order to strengthen Party management and to ensure fair and prudent personnel decisions.
  • Article 56
    The Personnel Committee shall consist of no more than seven Members appointed by the President and approved by the General Council. The Personnel Committee Chairman shall be appointed by the President from among the Members of the Committee.
  • Article 57
    The Personnel Committee may submit its opinions regarding Party personnel matters to those with appointive powers.
