CHAPTER XVI
PARTY HEADQUARTERS SECRETARIAT

  • Article 100
    1. There shall be established a Party Headquarters Secretariat with the necessary personnel under the direction of the Secretary-General. The Party Headquarters Secretariat shall handle the daily business affairs of the Party.
    2. The provisions related to the organization of the Party Headquarters Secretariat shall be stipulated separately in the Rules of the Party Headquarters Secretariat.
