CHAPTER XV
ACCOUNTING AND BUDGETING

  • Article 95
    The Party's expenditures shall be met through membership dues, contributions, and other kinds of funding.
  • Article 96
    1. A budget shall be drafted annually in order to provide funds for Party activities.
    2. Prior to the new fiscal year the annual budget shall be presented to the Party Convention, where it must receive approval.
  • Article 97
    1. Each Party Member shall bear annual membership dues. The amount shall be decided by the President with the consent of the General Council.
    2. Dues must be paid annually by the date set by Party Headquarters.
  • Article 98
    The fiscal year shall start on the first day of January and end on the thirty-first day of December.
  • Article 99
    The settlement of accounts must be presented to the Party Convention for approval.
